When you purchase services online, we request billing information. Clouded Communications uses common Internet technologies, such as cookies and Web beacons, to keep track of interactions with the Clouded Communications websites and emails.

Clouded Communications uses information collected to provide you with the services you request. Clouded Communications may use information collected to provide you with additional information about our services, partners, promotions, and events. We may use information collected to improve the Companys' websites and services. Clouded Communications does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes. We may share information collected with other companies that work on our behalf.
 
4. COMMUNICATIONS PREFERENCES
Clouded Communications sends billing information, product information, service updates and regular customer newsletters to registered Users via email. Every marketing email from cloudedcomms.com.au contains instructions on how to opt out of receiving further marketing emails from the Company.

Clouded Communications will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as may be required by law. Individual records of Customer Data may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issues, or suspected violation of the Clouded Communications Terms of Use or as may be required by law.
 
Things that we need to insure are in;
 
This service will not work if there is an interruption to your internet connection. That includes dialling emergency numbers; 000
The following cannot be called from this service: Australian Premium Rate Numbers (i.e. 190x), Some operator assisted numbers and special service numbers.
High risk International Destinations Included DIDs may not be exchanged/credited/substituted towards the cost of existing DIDs ported onto the service

1. SECURITY POLICY
Clouded Communications is committed to protecting our customer's privacy and personal information. Our website employs extensive security measures in place to ensure your private information and credit card details remain secure.

When you go to log into our customer portal the address bar switches from "http" (unencrypted) to "https" (encrypted). This indicates that all information sent from your computer to our server is encrypted. The reason for this is to ensure that web pages that do not include sensitive information and are not used for transferring personal data can load up as quickly as possible.

We do not keep any of your credit card details on our server, all credit card details are kept by our merchant account providers, Payment Express and Commonwealth bank.
