Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Clouded Communications Pty Ltd, Cancellation Policy

 
1. CALL and NBN PLANS
1.1. For all Clouded Communications plans and bundles, these are on a month-by-month pre-paid basis, so no early termination or cancellation fees apply.
 
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1. Any service or account cancellations will take effect on your bill anniversary date
2.2. No refunds are given for any remaining account credits upon account closure
2.3. 14 days' notice is required for account cancellation
 

Clouded Communications Pty Ltd, Hardware Return and Refund Policy 

 
1. Returns
1.1 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1.2. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
1.4. Your item must be in the original packaging.
1.5. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.6.  You will be charged a restocking fee: 
1.6.1. Restocking fees
  • 25% on new opened equipment
  • 20% on used equipment
  • $20 Port cancellation charge
  • Equipment pickup charge (based on distance from Brisbane QLD or Pack and Send quote)

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item
2.2. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item
2.3, If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
2.4. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping
3.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3.2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.3. If you receive a refund and we paid for the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
